I have a S&W...I would appreciate any feedback. I have a S&W Model 39-2. I have had it for years and am told it was one of the first of the semi-auto S&Ws developed for the Navy Seals. It is all original as far as I know, and it works very well. From my understanding, it was made in the early 50's. I have tried to find more info, but have not been successful as yet. He cleaned it up, and thought he may let it go for around $400. Before he did, he checked the blue book, and decided he might just better keep it! His has a nickle finish though.
