Big TVs
I know Michael has taken the plunge and suspect LJ watches his Hogs on HDTV. Any thoughts on LCD v. Plasma?

Will you be watching HD content? Most people get HD plasma/LCD and watch StandardDef television and DVD movies. In this case you are much better off with a good SD tele (the Sony WEGA line is very good).
When you are ready for BlueRay, HDDVD and HD Television look into an HD 'tube' (CRT) technology. I find these give better contrast, are more forgiving of HD compression and less smearing in moving images.

"Michael's MN cousin-in-law"
Thanks. I had no idea HDCRTs existed. Seems like the better way to go.
