Cheese

A post for Michael's son. Learning of his love of cheese (one I share), I forgot to ask if he's tried any of the smoked cheeses. I just had a piece of one of my faves...smoked Gouda. Has he tried any? I know those bleu cheeses will take some time. The smoked cheeses, however, he might like.

Smoked cheddar, which he likes. Likes Gouda but we haven't tried smoked. M
