Layout problem: Help Group response

Here was the Help Group response regarding our layout problem:

I don't think this answer from the Help Group is an accurate diagnosis of our problem, since I doubt anyone was copying from a Word document when our problem occurred the morning of Dec. 18. Scooter probably didn't write the David Bowie post in Word. I wrote the Karma/pond post in Word and pasted it, but we didn't have problems until days later, so I don't think that's it.

I think you're right. I've been composing in Word or WordPerfect forever.
