I have several questions:

1) Will they refund season ticket holders/ticket holders $$ for the game, since it's now being played in Detroit? Because even if you wanted to go to Detroit for the game, could you even get there?

2) If they can play in Chicago today, why can't they play at the U of M stadium today? And if not today, why not tomorrow? Bud Grant must be rolling over in his grave.

3) I'm curious to see what the crowd will be like in Detroit for the game...and will they charge NFL prices?

I think postponing the game 1 day is an NFL conspiracy to keep Farve's streak going...

1) I think they're refunding tickets. Airport was open today, so there'd be no problem getting there tomorrow.

2) Chicago didn't get 16.7 inches of snow today. They thought abt playing at "Bank" (the U of M stadium is The TCF Bank Stadium), but I don't think they thought they could get the field and the seats shoveled/plowed in time. Even for us, 16.7 in is a huge amt of snow.

3) Tx will be free. No one will care abt the game.

Pretty sure Favre isn't playing.

Strib: "The Vikings said that any ticket holders to the original Vikings-Giants game who make it to Detroit will be admitted and given preferred seating along the 50-yard line. Season ticket holders and those who bought tickets through the Vikings office or Ticketmaster will get full refunds if they can't make it to the game."

They'll probably play the Dec. 20 game at Bank.

More abt why they didn't play at Bank tomorrow: "The university, however, has informed the Vikings that unfortuately its stadium was shut down for winter and would take several days to prepare for an NFL game. "

Bud Grant, btw, is still very much alive. He's still employed by the Vikings.

Wow, I thought Bud had passed away. I'm sure he follows SSJ. I certainly do apologize.

Glad to hear the Coach is still around. Growing up in Dallas I remember him well. Even though I routed against the Vikings--what a great team. I miss the days of Grant, Tark, Page, Eller, Larsen, Marshall and, most of all, Foreman. Loved those match-ups between Grant and Landry.
