All of the above except inhouse. I just think the firm is struggling. Two left in January to start their own because as junior shareholders, they felt they weren't paid enough. I don't know where today's guy is going. Last month was one of those rainmaker types who moves around periodically to maximize the benefits of joining a new firm.

Are the partners who are leaving starting other firms? or joining other firms? or going inhouse? What's the reason for the exodus?
