Not that this really requires a response.

1) "They [are] all" not out to kill us. Who are you claiming thinks so? (Scarecrow, phone call for you.)

2) Those of they who are out to kill us have limited opportunity and means to do so and, since 9/11, have a vast, determined, and well-funded organization doing a pretty good job of keeping them from killing us.
