Diego Velasquez's Las Meninas (Maids of honor). It's in the Prado in Madrid. Picasso loved it so much he did an entire study on it (must be 20-30 paintings) that is kept in the Museu Picasso in Barcelona.

It is the artist painting the King and Queen as seen from the K & Q.
