I don't need no sympathy. I won't cry and whine. Life's my light and liberty and I'll shine when I wanna shine.

Ok, don't know the song but his vocals are still great. Our former brother thinks this guy hung the moon.
what does hung the moon mean?
Ah -- that's a good thing.
the song: see Nina Simone and Sammy Davis Jr. and Muse. The Idol theme for the week was Rat Pack Standards.
I only watched at your behest and because Mr. Cash and Tears for Fears were involved. Saw more because of your cousin's infatuation. Might watch again at the very end. If I'd known the theme I might have watched this week.
The theme for next week? Does the Slash tweet give me a hint?
Yep, classic rock. All the performances are available on the Idol site (www.americanidol.com, click on Video the Performances). They can be embedded, but I tried it and they've made it putzy.
Every week now could be the end.
There are only four contestants left, so there only three nights at most. And now, with voting dynamics what they can be, he could go home at any time. But watching live is a different experience and I recommend it. (Yeah, the commercials are painful, but the risks Adam takes are palpable; it seems like maybe the wheels could come off. But they won't -- he knows what he's doing.)
And you should listen to this on your good speakers and turn it UP. Are you set up to get audio from your computer to your amp/receiver?
