Wow. That would be quite the boon to me if Austin (which fancies itself to be on the cutting edge) follows suit.

Let me know if you need to "move" to Mpls to become a patron of the Mpls library. Shhh.

Thanks. Austin has a deal that allows out of Austin residents to become patrons for a slightly bigger fee. I used to live out of the city proper. Maybe Mpls has a similar deal...I could be legit.
