We didn't hear her the first time

Karen Tumulty notes that this isn't the first time Hillary suggested assassination was her route to the WH.  She said it in March in a Time interview.  How did it go unnoticed?

I think that can be fairly read as noting the month not the deed. God help me I'm defending Hill.

No, no, no. For one thing, in 1968, there had only been 13 primaries before June 5. So the timelines of 1968 and 2008 are not the same. "June" in 1968 didn't mean the same thing as "June" in 2008. Besides, what she's saying about June is that someone might get killed in June. Same thing.
