I'm just curious as to what the rules are on posting pics/maps like that. Certainly you give due credit but are there any formal rules or blogger "industry standards?"
Texas foreclosure rates much lower and Austin just going nuts with downtown condo construction. I have know idea how anyone can afford a half mill for 900 s.f.
My general sense is that this is much more a product of consumer greed (second and even third mortgages) and moronic short-term interest only ARMS than predatory lending. I'm working with a lender now who is trying to foreclose on a $500k HOUSEBOAT!
Good point about copyright issue. I was thinking because these are property of City that they were in public domain, but I see that's not so, so I'll see if I can get permission.
