Fitzpatrick RICO investigation of Barry and ACORN?

Unsubstantiated rumor that I should pass on:

There IS a RICO investigation of ACORN and the Obama campaign underway - this has now been established by the mainstream media. Right now it’s rumored here in Chicago that Patrick Fitzgerald is heading it (confirmation on that has not come yet). There is a lot of activity in Chicago right now, with a lot of IRS agents looking into the finances coming in and out of this city, and across state lines (this was established on Monday when the GOP issued emergency press releases that much of Obama’s campaign contributions could very well be illegal foreign contributions - what appears to be deliberately poor record keeping designed to hide the true identities and monetary sources of online donors is at issue here). We see in 15 states now that ACORN is being busted for attempted voter fraud, and for fraudulent, illegal voter registrations in the hundreds of thousands, if not a million. The article below states, and we have confirmed this with people who know for sure, that the people who gathered evidence of Obama’s fraud and voter intimidation techniques during the primaries against Hillary Clinton are sharing everything they have with the Republican Party and the federal government. Smells alot like the "whitey" tape fiasco to me. There may be investigations of ACORN (which may or may not turn up wrongdoing), but I doubt it has anything to do with Obama. The foreign contributions may be a separate issue, but don't forget that all contributions (even the little ones) were reported to the FEC on a regular basis, even though the little ones weren't made public. I'm sure you'll find is disappointing, but he wasn't hiding contributions.

This story, btw, is being pushed by your side now to distract from "abuse of power" finding.

Please, I saw it a week ago. Plus "abuse of power" is bullshit.

"Governor Palin's firing of Commissioner Monegan was a proper and lawful exercise of her constitutional and statutory authority to hire and fire executive branch department heads."

Abus of power would be enlisting govt officials to shut down free speech, like Barry has done.

It was known the troopergate report would be out yesterday. But you're right; they would have made up the story for now anyway. Maybe this was the Oct surprise.

"Beldar, speaking for the defense, notes that the report reflects the opinion of one man hired by French, and has not yet been accepted by the Legislature."

That's a good point, that's it's one man's opinion. I guess the legislative council's decision to publish didn't imply acceptance or concurrence. Have you read it though? Clearly, she's not ready to govern the nation when she's got Todd attending cabinet meetings. Bush-league.

Uh, you don't remember Hill at cabinet mtgs?

Stephanie said...

Don't remember. At least she wasn't a cessessionist

Michael said...

No, she was an Alinsky radical. Must say though, I'd rather have that radical than Barry.

Jonah:

And, those who are seriously upset about how this reflects on Palin, might ponder that this sort of ethical violation doesn't even move the ethics-o-meter needle in Obama's Chicago. And, they might explain to me why Bill and Hillary's firing of the White House travel office — orders of magnitude more egregious than what is alleged about Palin — was no big deal.

Stephanie said...

I thought travelgate was a big deal and so did lots of people and it factored into our not supporting hillary

And I don't think troopergate is that big of a deal; it's just that we're sick to death of abuse of power.
