I'm counting all answers that fail to contain both a subject AND a verb as a gaffe.
If you're looking for a drinking game while counting gaffes, try this: drink every time Palin emphasizes a preposition, (e.g. "...IN the United State..." , "...TO blah blah blah").

I think she's going to do much better than she's done in the interviews.
She's going to be sure to say "I'm not a lawyer" at some point.
Why? She hasn't yet has she?
As part of making her case that she's an ordinary person, not one of those elite lawyer people who knows about S.Ct. cases like Obama/Biden.
"Period." That should have been on the list. The guv has said it at least five times.
"also" was her word of the night. But I think she did great. Biden did too.
